Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when they were received. The product must also be in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number, invoice, or receipt.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized or engraved timepieces
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

2. How to Return an Item

If you meet the eligibility criteria for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at infor@luxeopulencee.com or call 512-252-7925 to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization (RA): Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Packaging: Please securely package the item in its original packaging, including any protective materials, tags, and accessories.
  4. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the following steps will be taken:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, depending on the condition of the returned product or packaging.
  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged or defective product to assist in the claims process.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

6. Late Returns

Items returned after the 30-day return window will not be accepted. Any late returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note the following:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • International customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure delivery. LuxeOpulencee Lux Era is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier with your tracking number, or reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.
