Refund and Returns Policy for Luxe Opulencee

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Time Frame: You can return or exchange most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we may no longer accept returns or exchanges.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in unused, resellable condition with all original tags, packaging, and receipts intact. Any opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at infor@luxeopulencee.com to initiate a return or exchange request.
- Step 2: Once your request is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item.
- Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.
3. Refund Process
- Refund Time Frame: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy guidelines, we may issue a partial refund or return the item at the customer’s expense.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at infor@luxeopulencee.com. We will resolve the issue by either sending you a replacement item or issuing a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal or lesser value. Please note that if you are exchanging for a different item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.
